渣浆泵所用轴承在泵生产厂家已经按规定上了润滑脂，所以在低转速，低温（相对于120℃）的工作条件下，本泵在使用过程中无需上润滑脂。在高负荷高温（相对于120℃）工作条件下的泵，轴承必须定期上润滑脂，挖泥泵，以保证其使用寿命。对必须定期上润滑脂的泵，必须选用和轴承原用润滑脂相容的品种，否则润滑效果差，影响轴承寿命。加注工具：标准手工加注枪。加注周期及加注量：对昼夜使用的泵，每周加注一次，每次每个轴承注五枪，对一昼夜工作8小时的泵，每三周加注一次，每次每个轴承注五枪，对昼夜使用的泵，也可以每月加注一次，每次每个轴承注二十枪。
